Bluefin Tuna Bottarga is a prized delicacy typical of the Mediterranean. Rooted in tradition, we select only the best tuna to create a bottarga with a unique taste, following the natural method. Known as the “Mediterranean caviar”, this product is made according to a classic process that respects the territory and the directives of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas.

The roe of Bluefin Tuna is carefully extracted, pressed, salted, and slowly dried, preserving the species while enhancing its natural qualities. Bluefin Tuna Bottarga ranges in color from light pink to dark brown and has a distinctive, intense flavor that pairs beautifully with many dishes.

From a nutritional point of view, Bluefin Tuna Bottarga is particularly rich in good fats and proteins. Due to its high sodium content, it should always be enjoyed in moderation.
